Product Description:

We make beautiful LED neon signs according to customer's request.

LED neon sign type：seperated sign with transparent baseplate, thickness of baseplate 8mm
Tube size: 6mm, 8mm, 12mm
LED strip specify: 120pcs/m

Colors option: red/rose red/orange/yellow/pink/ice blue/blue/green/purple/white/cool white/warm white

Manufacturing Process:

1. The client provides creative pictures, the file format could be CDR/AI/PS/JPG, or we disign according to client's intension
2. Confirm final drawing
3. Make a file for carving by software
4. Carve the transparent PS board to the sign groove
5. Mount LED flexible strip in the sign groove
6. Wire the LED flexible strips
7. Install the silicone tube

8. Test and pack
